# Export data

The action will export the data of the current visualization or a master visualization data if the "Master items" option has been specified.

A Master visualization can be specified by clicking <img src="/files/-LbWzvEs2vtlo1ZB_pvF" alt="" data-size="original"> button.

A Qlik expression can be used to specify a master visualization by prefixing it with an equals sign.
